Choosing between premium (91-94 octane) and regular (87 octane) gasoline depends on your car's recommendations. Most cars run well on regular, while premium suits high compression ratios, reducing engine knocking. Mixing grades occasionally won't harm modern vehicles. Check your manual for recommendations; some models like the 2023 Corvette or turbocharged engines may need premium. Plug-in hybrids often use regular gas. Top Tier gasoline benefits engine cleanliness for both grades.
